Shipping Information
All orders are custom made upon receipt to ensure freshness and are shipped from Monday to Friday throughout the United States; selected ship dates and estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO's or APO's. Please note that we are also unable to ship outside the Continental United States. You will have the ability to choose the available shipping methods for your order during the checkout process. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
We offer our customers the option to create an account on our website to make ordering with MIXEDNUTS even easier. Once registered, you can recall your order history, access your address book, and track orders.
UPS SurePost® (Not Available For Shipments Containing Heat-Sensitive Items)

UPS SurePost® is our non-urgent shipping option for packages that DO NOT CONTAIN HEAT SENSITIVE items, delivered to addresses in the lower 48 states. MIXEDNUTS picks up the selected item FOB within 1-2 business days of selected order date. UPS® ships on the package from MIXEDNUTS and delivers it to a local Post Office, and the U.S. Postal Service® makes final delivery. UPS® will make one delivery attempt; if the recipient is not home and the mail carrier chooses not to leave the package at the door, the recipient may be required to go to the post office to pick up the package. Estimated Arrival: 6-8 business days from the selected ship date. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
*Exclusions: Orders containing heat-sensitive items may not be in transit for more than 2 consecutive business days and require UPS Ground or expedited shipping. Please refer to the below UPS Shipping Map:

Our UPS Ground shipping rates per recipient (continental U.S. only) are as follows:

Once a ship date is selected, the estimated time of arrival will be provided. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
UPS 2ND DAY AIR
For faster arrival of your order, UPS 2nd Day Air shipping option is available. During checkout, once the ship date is selected, the shipping rate and the estimated time of arrival will be provided. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Please note that the estimated time of arrival at some shipping locations may be more than 1-2 days.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Due to warm weather in your shipping location and estimated days in transit, the 2nd Day method for orders containing chocolate will automatically be upgraded to UPS Shipping or have a $5 warm weather handling fee added depending on shipping location (April 15-October 25). To avoid chocolates from sitting in transit over the weekend, orders containing chocolate received at the end of the week will be shipped the beginning of the following week.
The map displays estimated UPS Ground transit durations, applicable exclusively to shipments originating from the Boston Metro area within the continental United States. These estimated transit times are calculated for business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include holidays.
